What is the best-before or roast date?

Coffee is best enjoyed within weeks of roasting for peak flavour. Packaging may show a roast date or best-before guidance — follow the label on your product.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our returns policy.
