Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Delan Coffee purchase. This policy explains when you can return or exchange items and how refunds work for orders delivered in Egypt.

Time frame

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue attributable to us, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. For unopened products in resaleable condition, return requests may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions below.

Conditions for returns

  • Items must be unused, sealed where applicable, and in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Perishable or opened coffee may not be eligible unless there is a defect or error on our side.
  • Promotional or clearance items may be marked as final sale.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened ground or whole bean coffee (unless defective or wrong item sent).
  • Custom or personalised orders.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage by the customer.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us via the contact page, email, or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason.
  2. We may ask for photos to assess the issue.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions (pickup or drop-off as applicable).

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Exchanges depend on stock availability; we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

Shipping costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover reasonable return shipping. If you change your mind on an eligible unopened product, return shipping may be deducted from the refund or paid by you as we explain when approving the return.
